CONVEY AND WARRANT TO

the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Parts of Lots 1 and 2 of Block 3 of the Fairview Addition to the Town of Kemmerer,
County of. Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Block 3 of the Fairview Addition to the Town of
Kemmerer;
thence West along the North line of said Lot 1, 80.00 feet;
thence South Parallel to the East line of said Lots 1 and 2, 80.00 feet to a point
on the South line of said Lot 2;
thence East along said South line of said Lot 2, 80.00 feet to the Southeast
Corner of said Lot 2;
thence North along the East line of said Lots 1 and 2, 80.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in.use.
