Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Block 3 of the Fairview Addition to the Town of Kemmerer; thence West along the North line of said Lot 1, 80.00 feet; thence South Parallel to the East line of said Lots 1 and 2, 80.00 feet to a point on the South line of said Lot 2; thence East along said South line of said Lot 2, 80.00 feet to the Southeast Corner of said Lot 2; thence North along the East line of said Lots 1 and 2, 80.00 feet to the point of beginning.
