and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:

the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State to-wit:
Lot 22 of Block 11 of the Original Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming
as described on the official plat thereof and ALSO, Part of Lot 21 of Block 11 of
the Original Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming and more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 21 of said Block
11, thence S56°34"E along the easterly boundary line of said Lot 21, a distance
of 140'.00 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 21; thence s33°26'W, a
distance of 1.80 feet; thence N56°21'43"W, a distance of 140.01 feet to a point
on the northerly boundary line of said Lot 21; thence N33°26'E, a distance of
1.30 feet to the point of beginning
Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements
and rights-of-way of record, of sight or in use.
