HEGGENSTALLER, a Single Man, grantor of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged CONVEY AND WARRANT TO KAREN D. O'KELLY, a Single Woman, grantee, whose address is P.O. Box 1458, Thayne, WY 83127 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby reieasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: Part of Lots 2 and 3 of Block 11 to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the West boundary line of Lot 2 of Block 11 to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, that is 19 rods South of the Northwest comer of said Lot 2, measured along the West boundary line of said Lot 2 (Said beginning point being the Southwest comer of the Eugene S. Call property described in Warranty Deed dated August 25, 1978, and recorded September 5, 1978, in Book 149PR on page 55 of Lincoln County public records); thence South 5 ~A rods, more or less, along the West boundary line of said Block 11, to the North boundary line of the Loren Mallory tract (Quitclaim Deed dated November 8, 1967, recorded November 28, 1967, in Book 81PR on page 53 of said records); thence East, along said North boundary line, on a line perpendicular to the West boundary line of said Block, 10 rods; thence North IA rod; thence East 2 rods; thence North, on a line parallel to the West boundary line of said Block 11, 5 rods, more or less, to the South boundary line of the Eugene S. Call property; thence Westerly, along the Eugene S. Call South property boundary line, 12 rods, more or less, to the point of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded December 6, 1971 in Book 96PR on page 417 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
