WARRANTY DEED
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that JUDY' M. IOTT, a single
woman, of P.O. Box 512, Stayton, Oregon 97383, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand. paid, receipt of which is
hereby' acka~owledged, hereby CONVEYS AND WA~TS to DEREK M. COCKSHUT
and SIMA S. COCKSFfLIT, husband and wife, as tenants by' the entireties, of P.O. Box 1655,
Alton, Wyoming 83110, GRANTEES, and their heirs and assigns, the following described real
property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:

Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the official plat thereof.
including and together with all and singular tenements, hereditaments,
appurtenances, and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, but subject to taxes,
assessments, covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, encroachments, rights-of-
way, and easements of sight and/or of record.
