CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
BOBBY EDWARD SHEWMAKE AND SHARON ANN SHEWMAKE, TRUSTEES OF
THE BOB AND SHARON SHEW'MAKE LIVING TRUST UDT DECEMBER 29, 2004,
grantees, whose address is 1137 Mclntosh Ave. Broomfield, CO 80020
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Lot 27 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 10, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat thereof.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
NOTE: This serves to correct the acknowledgement of that certain Warranty Deed
recorded January 7, 2005 in Book 576PR on page 711 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk.
