became due. Any remaining amounts shall be applied first to late charges, second to any other amounts due under this Security

If Lender receives a payment f~om Borrower for a delinquent Periodic Payment which includes a sufficient amount to pay

In the event of loss. Borrower shall give prompt notice to the insurance carrier and Lender. Lender may make proof of loss
if not made promptly by Bo~ower. Unless Lender and Bo~ower otherwise agre~ in writing, any insurance proceeds, whuther or
not the underlying instu'anee was required by Lender, shall be applied m restoration or repair of the Property, if the ~eatoration
or repai~ is economically f~asible and Leuder's security is not lessened. During such repair and restoration period, Lender shall
have the fight to hold such Lusurauee proceeds until Lender has had an opportuifity to inspect such Pcoper~y to en~ure the work
has been completed to Lender's satisI'a~tiou, provided tha~ such inspection shall be unde~aken promptly. Lender may disburse
proceeds for the repair~ and rr~toratiou in a single paym~t or in a s~rie~ of progress paymeuts as the wo~k is completed. Uuless
au agr~ment is made in writing or Applicable Law requires interest m be paid on such insurance procfmds, Imnder shall not be
~equiced to pay Bo~owcr any interest or earnings on such proceeds. Pees for public adjusters, or other third parties, retalued by

repair is ~ot economically feasible or Lendex's security would be lessened, the insurance proceeds ~hall be applied to the sums

proceeds shall be applied in the order provided for in Section 2.
