Michael J. Moran and BettyD. Moran, husband and wife, Grantors, for and in consideration
ofTen dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to The Pintus Family Revocable Trust, dated
December 15, 1995, PatriCk Wm. Pintus and Barbara L. Pintus, Trustees, Grantees, whose address
is 1831 East Yale Drive, Tempe, AZ 85283, the following-described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 40 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 13, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof
and the said Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantees that Grantors are lawfully seized of
said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements and
encumbrances of record.
Hereby relea'sing and waiving any and all fights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of this state.
