and in consideration of T~N DOLl,ARS ($10.00) and other good and 'valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVBY and WARRANT to Kenneth J. 'Jason and Laurie 3a. son,
husband and wife as tenants by the entireties, GRANTEE, whose address is 3322 Zephyr Way N., lacksonvi]le
Beach, Florida 32250, the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,.
hereby waiving and reIea$ing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 42, Star Valley Ranch, Plat 2, Lincoln County, Wyoming
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and hereditaments
thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, ea~ments, reservations,
and fights-of-way of sight an.d/or record; and
FURTHER SUBJECT to the following restrictions:
1) For so long as either Kenneth J. Jason or Laurie Jason is an owner of Lot 44, Sta~ Valley Ranch,
Plat 2, Lincoln County, Wyoming, they shall be pro~u'bited from placing any structures on said
Lot 42.
2) The deed restriction shall be enl:oreeable by the Grantors and any successive owners of said Lot
43. The prevailing party in any such action shall be liable for the costs and attorney's fees
associated wifl~ such action.
3) These restrictions shall automatically expire without the necessity of filing any additional
instruments with the Lincoln County Clerk upon Grantees' sale of both Lot 42 and 44.
