Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:

Sole Owner
Grantee, whose mailing address is 620 14th Street, Santa Monica, CA 90402, the
following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State to-wit:

Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as follows:

coincident with the section line between Sections 19 and 20, a distance of
1320.76 feet to the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of the northeast
quarter (NEI/4NEI/4), thence N89°58'00'%/, coincident with the south boundary
of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter (NEI/4NEI/4) a distance of
94.09 feet to the true point of beqinnin.q, said point also being the intersection of
the southerly right-of-way boundary of Highway No. 26;
Thence N89°58'00"W, coincident with the south boundary of the northeast
'quarter of the northeast quarter (NEI/4NEI/4) a distance of 501.07 feet;
Thence N37°00'00"W, a distance of 2425.09 feet;
Thence N53°00'00"E, a distance of 400.00 feet to the intersection of the
southerly right-of-way boundary of Highway No. 26;
Thence S37°00'00"E, coincident with the southerly right-of-way boundary of
Highway No. 26, a distance of 2726.87 feet to the point of beginning

Thence N53°00'E, 400 feet to said southerly right-of-way line;
Thence S37°00'E along said southerly right-of-way line, 477.595 feet to the point
of beginning
