Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other Good and
Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Remy M. G. Levy and {~atherine A. Kehr
As joint tenants with full rights of survivorship
Grantees, whose mailing address is 620 14~ Street, Santa Monica, CA 90402, the
following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State to-wit:
A tract of land being located in Sections 18 and 19, T37N, R118W, 6~h P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, described as follows:
From the section corner common to Sections 17, 18, 19 and 20, S00°I0'00"E, coincident
with the se~ion line between Sections 19 and 20, a distance of 1320.76 feet to the
southeast corner of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter (NEI/4NEI/4), thence
N89o58'00'W, coincident with the south boundary of the northeast quarter of the
northeast quarter (NEI/4NEI/4) a distance of 94.09 feet to the tr~ue point of beQinnin~q,
said point also being the intersection of the southerly right-of-way boundary of Highway
No. 26;
Thence N89°58'O0"W, c~jncident with the south boundary of the northeast quarter of the
northeast quarter (NEI/4NEI/4) a distance of 501.07 feet;
Thence N37°00'00'~V, a distance of 2425.09 feet;
Thence N53°00'O0"E, a distance of 400.00 feet to the intersection of the southerly right-
of-way boundary of Highway No. 26;

comer of said Section 19;

Thence S37°00'E along said southerly right-of-way line, 477.595 feet to the point of
beginning
