By this instrumem dated July 14, 2005, for no consideration,
MARGARET LOUISE YEAMAN, a single woman, hereby REMISES, RELEASES and QUIT-CLAIMS to
MARGARET LOUISE YEAMAN, as Trustee under THE LOUISE YEAMAN REVOCABLE TRUST, established
July 14, 2005, all her right, title and interest in the following described property situated in the State of Wyoming,
County of Lincoln:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for Legal Description.
Grantor, as grantee herein, hereby certifies under penalty of perjury of the laws of California that this transfer is from
Grantor to herself as trustee under a revocable trust for the benefit of the Grantor herein.

EXHIBIT "A"
Legal Description of Property
A portion ,of Section 15, T31N, R119W of the 6th P.M., LincOln County, Wyoming,
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the east boundary of the Bitter Creek Lincoln County
Road No. 12-140 that is the Northwest corner of that certain tract of land of record in
that certain warranty deed dated October 13, 1989, and recorded in the office of the
Lincoln County Clerk on September 11, 2003, in Book 534.PR, page 355 ("the Wells
tract"), being a portion of the SE1/4NE1/4 of said Section 15 and running thence
Northwesterly along said County Road 113 feet, more or less, to the lot heretofore
conveyed; thence East along the South boundary of the lot heretofore conveyed, 22
rods, more or less, to the Southeast corner of the lot heretofore conveyed, also
being a point on the east bank of the Salt River West Canal aka Salt River Canal;
thence Southeasterly along the east bank of said Canal 113 feet, more or less, to
the Northeast corner of the Wells tract; thence West along the North boundary of the
Wells tract 16 rods, more or less, to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT TO a 33-foot wide perpetual right-of-way easement, for the benefit of
grantee and her heirs, successors and assigns, for the purpose of providing ingress
and egress and all underground utilities from the Bitter Creek Lincoln County Road
No. 12-140 to and for the benefit of the parce! of land described as the "Vacant Lot"
in that certain Corrected Decree Establishing Right and Title to Property entered by
the District Court for the Third Judicial District on January 31, 2005, and recorded in
the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on January 10, 2005, in Book 578 PR, page
66, excepting therefrom the above-described tract, together with the right to inspect
said easement and to construct and maintain a 'roadway and underground utilities,
said easement being more particularly described as the South 33 feet of the above-
described parcel of land.
SUBJECT TO all covenants, conditions, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and
rights-of-way of sight or record.
