TOGETHER with the right to one (1) of the three (3) domestic/culinary water taps described in Subparagraph I (E) of that certain "Agreement to Provide Water Taps" dated August 10, 1998, recorded as Instrument Number 852729, on August 25, 1998, in Book 416PR, at Pages 241-246 in the records of the County Recorder of Lincoln County, Wyoming TOGETHER with Assignment of Water Tap, dated July 18, 2001, recorded as Instrument Number 874764, on July 24, 2001, in Book 469PR, at Page 273 in the records of the County Recorder of Lincoln County, Wyorning Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record, of sight or in use.
