For the sum of ten dollars and other good and valuable consideration, the following described tract of land
in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
A parcel of ]and located in Lot 4, Section 24, Township 28 North, Range 120 West,
Sixth Principle Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the West Quarter Corner of said Section 24, from which the East Quarter
Corner of Section 24 bears South 89°57'20'' East 3830.92 feet, said West Quarter
Corner being on the State Line between Wyoming and Idaho; thence South 00°17'04"
West 1327.41 feet along the West line of said Section 24 to a found 5/8" rebar with cap
labeled "PLS 3442", set on the Northwest Corner of said Lot 4; thence South 89°56'00"
East 445.09 feet along the North line of said Lot 4; thence South 00o04'00" West 316.63
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 81°21'49" East 171.62 feet;
thence South 16°29'53" East 261.83 feet; thence South 40°27'09" West 89.38 feet; thence
North 54°48'13" West 221.37 feet; thence North 33°00'31" West 84.08 feet; thence North
23°08'00" East 103.51 feet to the True Point of Beginning, containing 1.3 acres of land.
To have and to hold the said premises, with their appurtenances unto the said Grantee(s), their heirs and
assigns forever. And the said Grantor(s) hereby covenant to and with the said Grantee(s) that they are the
owner(s) in fee simple of said premises; that they are free from all encumbrances, and that they will
warrant and defend the same from all lawful claims whatsoever.
