DAVID LEE WALKER, and CHARLOTTE RAE HART WALKER, husband and
wife, Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to DAVID L.
WALKER and CHARLOTTE WALKER, as Trustees of the DAVID L. WALKER AND
CHARLOTTE WALKER TRUST dated August 16, 2005, Grantees, whose
address is 809 Cedar Avenue, Kemmerer, Wyoming, 83101, the
following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
The Lot Numbered Ten (10) of the Block Numbered Two (2)
of the Original Town of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, as surveyed, platted and recorded in
the office of the Lincoln County Clerk and Ex-Officio
Register of Deed.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions,.easements and rights-of-way of record.
WITNESS our hands this 16th day of August, 2005.
