other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,

FLINT, MICHIGAN 48501-2026 ALL ITS RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST IN AND TO

(hereinafter called the "Assignee"), hereby sells, assigns, warrants and conveys unto the Assignee

County. Wyoming being more particularly described as
follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot
and running thence North 7.5 rods: thence East ten rods:
thence South 7.5 rods: thence West ten rods to the point
of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH the note described in said Mortgage and the monies due and to grow due
thereon with interest, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Assignee and to the
successors, legal representatives and assigns of the Assignee forever.
