IT IS HEREBY MADE OF PUBLIC RECORD that a CONTRACT FOR DEED,
dated the 15th day of August, 2005, by and between ALPINE SOS, LLC, a Wyoming Limited
Liability Company, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, hereafter referred to as "Seller", and SHANE A.
LAW, a single man, CREED LAW, TRUSTEE of the Creed Law Revocable Trust under
agreement Dated April 4, 1989, and all amendments thereto, and ALTA CLARENE WEBB
LAW, TRUSTEE of the Clarene Law Revocable Trust, under agreement dated April 4, 1989,
and all amendments thereto, of Jackson, Wyoming, hereafter collectively referred to as
"Purchaser", exists for the purchase of property located in Alpine, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
That property described in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the Lincoln
County, Wyoming land records on January 5, 1996 in Book 378PR at Pages 487 and 488
as Instrument No. 813725. A copy of said Warranty Deed is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions, exceptions,
easements, and rights-of-way of sight and/or of record.
