THIS INDENTURE, made the /~7t/~ day of August, 2005 by and between the
ROCKBRIDGE, LLC,
a limited liability company organiTed and existing under and by virtue of the laws of
the State of Wyoming, the GRANTOR and
H. HOWARD CANNON AND RUTH DURGIN CANNON,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
whose address is 2745 Surrey Lane, Idaho Falls, ID 83404
as Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that
certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
and described as follows to-wit:
Lot 40 of Rockbridge MeadOws First Addition to the Town of Afton, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official plat No. 360-D filed July 14, 2005
as Insmunent No. 909983 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reserVations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly
authorized officer, the day and year first above written.
