WARRANTY DEED
Gerald Sullivan and Eugene Sullivan, Grantors, Laramie County, and State of Wyoming, for
and in consideration ofTen dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Jason Lowder, Grantee,
whose address is 205 5'h Ave, Afton, Wyoming 83110, the following-described real estate, situate
in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 78 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 9, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the 'official plat thereof
and the said Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantee that Grantors are lawfully seized of said
premises; that they are,flee from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements and
encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of this state.
