HomeMy WebLinkAbout911117Warranty Deed Know all persons by these presents that Charles Wooden, a married man, of 1305 Bryan Flat Road, Jackson, WY 83001, hereinafter collectively referred to as "Grantor", for ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey and warrant unto Charles N. Wooden and Carol D. Wooden, husband and wife, as tenants in common, of 1305 Bryan Flat Road, Jackson, WY 83001, hereinafter collectively referred to as "Grantees", the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows: Lot 100 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 12, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof, together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto. Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record, of sight or in use. Furthermore, know all persons by these presents that the Grantors do hereby waive and release any and all rights that they may have in the aforementioned real property by virtue of or arising under the homestead laws of the State of Wyoming.
