PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A
Wyoming Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the
date of September 04, 2003, made and executed by SHR Land, Inc., A Wyoming
Corporation, as mortgagors, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage
conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of
$100,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk, and Ex-
officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 16th day of
September 2003, in Book #534 PR of Mortgages, at Page 790 as Document Number
893453 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
Lot 3 of the Royal Meadows Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat filed August 14, 2003 as Instrument No. 892477 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk.
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied,
released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees to hereby
release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of
Real Estate Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed,
