QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOWALL MEN BYTHESE PRESENTS, that Mitzi G. Cobbley, Grantor, for and
in consideration often Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS
to Doriald L. Cobbley, as (Grantee, whose address is P.O. Box 1771, Afton, WY
831 10, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Part of Lot 1 of Block 11 of the Alton Townsite, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is 5 rods South from the Northeast corner
of said Lot 1; and running thence West 10 rods;
thence South 5 rods;
thence East 10 rods;
thence North 5 rods to the POINT OF BEGINNING
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and
all other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
