Tracy Sidella Nicholas, a married person, Grantor, of Carl Junction, Missouri, for the
consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Cougar Ranch,
Limited Partnership, a Wyoming limited partnership, Grantee, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, all
interest in the following described real property, together with the improvements thereon and
appurtenances thereto, situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:
Beginning at a point 1/8th ora mile east from the SW corner of the
SE¼ of the NW¼ of Section 11, T35N, R119W, on the southern
boundary and running 1/8th ora mile east, thence 1/8th of a mile plus
209 feet north, thence 1/8th of a mile west, thence 1/8th of a mile plus
209 feet south to point of origin, containing 13 (thirteen) acres more
or less.
There are no improvements on the foregoing property and at no time has it ever been used as a
residence by the Grantor or by Grantor's husband.
