HomeMy WebLinkAbout911205 QUITCLAIM DEED Tracy Sidella Nicholas, a married person, Grantor, of Carl Junction, Missouri, for the consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Cougar Ranch, Limited Partnership, a Wyoming limited partnership, Grantee, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, all interest in the following described real property, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto, situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit: Beginning at a point 1/8th ora mile east from the SW corner of the SE¼ of the NW¼ of Section 11, T35N, R119W, on the southern boundary and running 1/8th ora mile east, thence 1/8th of a mile plus 209 feet north, thence 1/8th of a mile west, thence 1/8th of a mile plus 209 feet south to point of origin, containing 13 (thirteen) acres more or less.
