HomeMy WebLinkAbout91120600564 RELEASE AND SATISFACTION OF MECHANIC'S LIEN On this [_6 day of August, 2005, Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., dba Familian Nothwest, filed for record in the office of the Recorder of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, a Statement of Claim, which Statement was duly recorded in the lien records of Lincoln County in Book 576 of Photo, page 530. Such lien is against property, together with the improvements thereon, owned by Kenneth L. and April Cram, for labor performed and materials furnished by CDT Heating and Cooling. The property covered by the lien is described as: See Exhibit A attached hereto; PIN: 3419-234-03-067 On the 28th day of July, 2005, Kenneth L. Cram fully satisfied the indebtedness secured by the above-mentioned Mechanic's Lien. In consideration of such payment, Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., dba Familian Northwest, certifies that the Lien is released and discharged, and authorizes and directs that the same be discharged of record.
