Wyoming as described on the official plat No. 196 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.

A parcel of land being a portion of Lot 2 of Block 6 of the Willow Addition to the Town of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat No. 196 of the records
of the Lincoln County Clerk; and being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southeast comer of said Lot 2; thence N 04o38' E, along the easterly
boundary line of said Lot 2, a distance of 73.4 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of this
description;
thence continuing N 04°38, E, along said easterly boundary line of said Lot 2, a distance of
6616 feet to the northeast comer of said Lot 2;
thence N 85°22, W, along the northerly boundary line of said LOt 2, a distance of 3.35 feet;

aluminum CCI survey cap;
thence N 04°38, E, along the East boundary of said Lot 2, a distance of 73'.4 feet;
thence S 51°42' W, a distance of 4.34 feet to a point on a north-south fence line;
thence S 4°29'24" W, along said north-south fence line a distance of 70.45 feet to a point on
the southerly boundary line of said Lot 2
thence S 85°22, E, along said southerly boundary line of said Lot 2, a distance of 3.0 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING.
