consideration, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all fights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to-
wit:
Lots 818, 819 and 820 of Lake'view Estates Third Addition to the Town of Alpine, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, according to that plat filed July 30, 2003 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk as plat
No. 250-D.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and
fights-of-way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
