WARRANTY DEED
KNOWN ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS, that
LANE BARLOW ALLRED
of the County of Gooding, State of Idaho
in consideration of Ten and 00/100's (#10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to him in hand paid by
Kimberly VanScoyk P.O.Box 861 Afton, Wyoming 83110; Gregory Lane Allred P.O.
Box 611 Alton, Wyoming 83110; Matthew Shawn Allred 529 Heron Street Brighton,
Colorado 80601; Jennifer Roberts 3912 Jasmine Street Colorado Springs, Colorado
80907; and Christopher John Allred 1761 South Oak Casper, Wyoming 82601.
The receipt hereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,
convey, and forever warranty and by these presents do for my heirs, executors, and
administrators, remise, release, and forever warranty unto the said
KIMBERLY VANSCOYK, GREGORY LANE ALLRED, MATTHEW SHAWN
ALLRED, JENNIFER ROBERTS, AND CHRISTOPHER JOHN ALLRED
as Tenants in Common
heirs and assigns, forever, ail such rights, title, interest, property, possession, claim, and
demand as we have, ought to have, or hereafter acquire in or to all the following
described premises, to-wit:
The East one-third of the E1/2SE1/4NE1/4 and the East one-third of the El/2 of Lot 1
(NE1/4NE1/4) of section 19, T31N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Reserving unto Enid W. Allred a life estate for the life of Enid W. Allred and reserving
unto Lane Barlow Allred a life estate for the life of Lane Barlow Allred.
NOTE: It is the intent that the division lines of the above-described parcel be created by
proportionate measurement along the north line and the south line of the
E1/2SE1/4NE1/4 and the El/2 of Lot 1 (NE1/4NE1/4) of said section 19.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said Kimberly VanScoyk,
Gregory Lane Allred, Matthew Shawn Allred, Jennifer Roberts, and Christopher John
Allred heirs and assign.% to his/her and their own property use and behoove forever. So
that neither we nor any other person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or
demand any right to title to the premises or any part thereof, but they and every one of
them shail by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
