I, Jean J. Pitre, being first duly sworn upon my oath depose and state as follows:
I. That I am a joint Trustee named in the jean and Marilyn Pitre Revocable Trust
dated October 13, 1996.
2. That on July 17, 1996 in Book 385PR on page 588 of records of Lincoln
County Clerk was recorded a Quitclaim Deed from Jean ]. Pitre and Marilyn W. Pitre to
Jean J. Pitre and Marilyn W. Pitre, Trustee of the Jean and Marilyn Pitre Revocable Living
Trust conveying the following described land:
Lot 21 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 17, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat thereof.
3. The Warranty Deed conveying the property to the trust was not properly
defined as required by W.S. 34-2-122 (1977) in that the date of the Trust was not shown.
The date of the Trust is October 13, ~996.
