and purposes set forth in the Ross W. Merica m~d Terry. L. Merica Revocable Trust,
dated the 24th day of January 1995, GRANTOR, of Teton County, Wyoming, for and
in consideration of TEN DOLLAI~ ($10.00) and other good and valUable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of w}fich is hereby acknowledged, and pursuant
to an IRC '§ 1031 tax deferred exchange, CONVEY3 and WAKP4kNTS to 1035
Exchange, Inc., a Wyoming corporafio~, GRANTEE, whose address is P.O. Box 449,
Jackson, Wyoming 83001, the following described real estate, situate in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waivi.~g m~d releasing -all rigl~k~ under and by
~irtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:

Description: Merica 35
A portion of the Merica property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Bk. 367 PR,
on Pg. 668, with the office of the clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the
NE1/4NW1/4 of Section 28, T32N, Rll9W of the 6th. PM, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of the SE1/4NW1/4 of said Section 28;
thence S89°13'40"W along the North line of said SE1/4NW1/4, 1,316.52 feet to the
Southeast corner of the NWl/4NW1/4 of said Section 28;
thence N0°00'58"W, along the East line of said NW1/4NW1/4 1,156.77 feet;
thence N89°05'55"E, parallel with the North line of said NE1/4NW1/4,
1,316.56 feet to a point in the West line of the NW1/4NE1/4;

line of the above described property, said Point of Beginning being 731 feet

thence N0°00'58"W, continuing along said East line, 428.74+ feet to the North line of
the above described property.
