Box 134, 210 Twin Cliffs Road, Alton, Wyoming 83110, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rightS under and by virtue of the homestead exemPtion laws of the state to wit: Beginning at the Southeast comer of the NW¼NE¼ of Section 32, T33N R1 ! 8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and running thence North 20 rods; thence West 80 rods; thence South 20 rods; thence West 50 rods, more or less, to the East edge of Highway 89; thence Southeasterly along said edge of Highway to its point of intersection with a line parallel to the East-West Quarter Section line of said Section and 21½ rods distance therefrom; thence East on said parallel line to a point 49 rods East from the North-South Quarter Section line; thence North 58½ rods; thence East 31 rods to the place of beginning.
