valuable consideration, the receipt of which'is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, convey and warrant
unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, of Afion and Jackson, Wyoming and to ~ts
successors and assigns, ("Crrantees"), a perpetual easem~t and right of way for the cons~a~uction and
continued maintenance, repair, alt6-rafion and replacement of the electric dis'a'ibution circuits, lines mid
equipment of the Grantee to be eomtruated and maintained under, up0aa and across the premises of Caant:~
in IImeoln Connly, State of Wyoming, along a lin6 described as follows, to wit:
BEING a portion of Lot 1 of Stax "A" Addition to the Town of Alton within the NWI/4NW1/4 of Sesti, m
30, T32N, RI 18W, in Lincoln County ,Wyoming more particularly desenq~d ~ follows:
BEGINNING on the south R-O-W o£Center Strut, Iq 89° 26'26" E, 60 feet from the NW comer of said lot

The Orantor acknowledges that Elec~4_c mad Magnetic Fields (EMF) ~e mLtm~lly occm'fing in the
tmnmrd~ion or distribution of ele~3tricity, and that thc Grantee lms here notified Grantor that EMF tesff~g
and information is available upon request from thc Grantee. This Easement by Grantor is intend~l to
include ~o much space as is necessary or ~pl. aopriat* to the presence of EMF and reasonable operation of
the Onmtee's dis'tn~ufion lin~.
Grantor agrees that all poles, wires and other facilities, installed on or under thc desc~oed lands shall
remain thc propcrty of th~ C-rantoe removable in the sole discretion Of the Grantee at the Grantee's cxpen~;e.
The rights, conditions and provisions of this easement shall inure to tl3c benefit of and be binding upon the
parties, their he, rs, cxecntors, administrators, successors and assigns. Grantor shall compensate Grantee
any damages to Grant~'s facilities causal by Grantor, including payn'~-nt of Grantee's atlomey fees if
action is undertalam by Grantee to enforce thc commi~w, nta clescr~ed in this es.strait. Grantor rcsc~ cs
the right to improve, occupy and use ~ eascm~t for dl purposes not inconsistent with the easemen!
Each pm'~y shall have the remedy of specific performance regarding this easement. The hght~ Bud
obligations de~efihed in this easement ~.hall nm with the land. This ear.neat is not exclusive, and Grin or
retaim all fights not ~peeifically granted by fl~ easemmt. This is th, entire agreement of thc par~e~
regarding this easement, except as may be ~ct forth in writing after the date of this e~gment and signed by
the parties. Gnmtor bereby releases and waives all rights by virtue of the Horaestead Exemption Laws of
Wyoming.
