Grantor agrees that all poles, wires and other facilities, installed on or under thc desc~oed lands shall remain thc propcrty of th~ C-rantoe removable in the sole discretion Of the Grantee at the Grantee's cxpen~;e. The rights, conditions and provisions of this easement shall inure to tl3c benefit of and be binding upon the parties, their he, rs, cxecntors, administrators, successors and assigns. Grantor shall compensate Grantee any damages to Grant~'s facilities causal by Grantor, including payn'~-nt of Grantee's atlomey fees if action is undertalam by Grantee to enforce thc commi~w, nta clescr~ed in this es.strait.
