DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS
FOR
PACK SADDLE SUBDIVISION, AS CORRECTED
THIS AMENDEMENT TO DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS,
AND RESTRICTIONS FOR PACK SADDLE SUBDIVISION, made on the date hereafter
set forth, by MERRILL McNEEL, personally and as attorney in fact for Erna Jean Deutz,
Edwin G. McNeel, James McNeel, Paul L. McNeel, Raymond McNeel, Julia Ritchie, and Cheryl
Tarrell, hereinafter referred to as "Declarant".
WItEREAS, a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Pack Saddle
Subdivision was filed in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, in Book 505 PR at Pages
94 through 100 on November 18, 2002 as Instrument No. 885686; and
WHEREAS, a Corrective Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for
Pack Saddle Subdivision was subsequently filed in the land records of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, in Book 510 PR at Pages 832 through 839 on January 28, 2003 as Instrument No.
887231; and
WHEREAS, Declarant remains the owners of all of the lots comprising Pack Saddle
Subdivision; and

WHEREAS, Declarant desires to amend the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and
Restrictions, as Corrected.
NOW, THEREFORE, Declarant amends the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and
Restrictions for Pack Saddle Subdivision as follows:
1. The paragraph captioned PROPERTY DMSIONS in the Declaration of
Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Pack Saddle Subdivision, as Corrected, is amended
by deleting it in its entirety and by inserting in lieu thereof the following paragraph:
PROPERTY DIVISIONS. A lot within the property may be subdivided in
accordance with any and all applicable subdivisions requirements of Lincoln County,
Wyoming; notwithstanding such subdivision requirements, however, no lot within the
property shall be less than five (5) acres in size. All of the provisions herein shall apply
to all lots within the property, whether said lots are original lots within the subdivision or
are lots subsequently subdivided pursuant to applicable law and this paragraph.
2. A new paragraph is added to Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and
Restrictions for Pack Saddle Subdivision, as Corrected, at the end thereof as follows:
AMENDMENTS. These covenants, conditions, and restrictions may only be
amended after approval of two-thirds (2/3) of the owners of lots within the property, and
any amendment shall only become effective and binding after the same is set forth in

writing, said writing being signed by the owners of the lots within the property adopting
the same, and recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
3. The remaining paragraphs in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and
Restrictions for Pack Saddle Subdivision, as Corrected, remain in full force and effect, without
any modifiCations thereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Amendment to the Declaration of Covenants,
Conditions, and Restrictions for Pack Saddle Subdivision is executed this ~y of August,
2005.
