and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
W. TRIPLETT AND BEVERLY M. TRIPLETT,
Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants
grantees, whose address is 6898 Napoleon Drive, Loomis, CA 95650
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Lot 18 of Second Amended Plat of Salt River Cove Division No. 1, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as 'described on the official plat No. 367-F filed August 1,
2005 as Instrument No. 910483 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
NOTE: This serves to correct the legal description and acknowledgement of that certain
Warranty Deed recorded August 26, 2005 in Book 595, Page 738 of the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk.
