Huband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,

as Grantee,
WlTNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10,00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that
certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
and described as follows to-wit:
Lot 77 of Rockbridg¢ Meadows Fixst Addition to the Town of Afion, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official plat No. 360-D ~ed July 14, 2005
as Imtmment No. 909983 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
