Hokanson, of 932 Brookvale Terrace, Manchester, Missouri 63021 in the County of St. Louis, Missouri, hereby make, constitute, and appoint my wife, Rachel C. Hokanson, of 932 Brookvale Terrace, Manchester, Missouri 63021 in the County of St. Louis, Missouri, my attorney-in-fact to take the actions set forth in this instrument. This instrument shall beCome effective as of AugUst 13, 2005, and shall remain effective until September 30, 2005. Any third person, acting in good faith, may rely and act on the instruction of and deal with my attorney-in-fact as my true and lawful attorney upon her representation that she continues to be my attorney-in-fact under this instrument, and upon the receipt of a photocopy of this instrument. Any such third person need not make any independent investigation of the facts involved or whether this instrument is still in effect. Any such third party acting in accordance with my attorney-in-fact's instructions is hereby absolved from any liability to me or my legal representatives or successors in interest. My attorney-in-fact is hereby authorized, as my true and lawful attorney, to sign any and all mortgage and other documents (financial or otherwise) pedaining to the financing and purchase of property located in Alton, Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly described as follows, to wit: Lot Eighty-five (85) of the Rockbddge subdivision. I give and grant unto my attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever, requisite, necessary and convenient to be done in connection with the financing and purchasing of the aforesaid property, as I might or could do if personally present.
