KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that whereas, the following described real proPerty, Lot
Seventy seven (77), Unit J, Commissary Ranch Subdivision situated in the County of Lincoln and State
of Wyoming, was subject to taxation for the year(s) 2000 Through 2004 A.D.; and whereas the
taxes assessed upon said real property for the year(s) afOresa .d, remained due and unpaid at the date of
such sale hereinafter named, and whereas the treasurer of the'said county did on the 18th
day of July A.D. 2001 .by virtue of the authority veste~t by'law, at the sale begUn and publicly
heldonthe 18th dayof July A.D. 2001, .expose to public sale at the court house inthe
county aforesaid, in substantial conformity with all the requirements of the statute in such case made and
provided, the real property above described, for the payment of the taxes, interest and costs then due,
and remaining unpaid on said property, and whereas at the time and place aforesaid, Jerry L.
Greenfield, Treasurer of the County of Lincoln , State of Wyoming , and of N. Ed Dustin and
Mona Joy Dustin, Trustee of the N. Ed Dustin and Mona Joy Dus'iin Joint livinq Trust dated July 20,2001
having offered to pay the sum of One hundred and one dollars and Thirty one cents ($101.31), being
. the whole amount of taxes, interest and costs then due and remaining unpaid on said property for Coun-

quantity bid for, and payment of said sum having been made by him to the said treasurer the said
property was stricken off to him at that price and, whereas four (4) years have elapSed since the date of
said sale, and. the said property Has not been redeemed therefore, as provided for by law; now,
therefore, I, Jerry L. Greenfield . Treasurer of the County aforesaid, for and in consideration of the said
sum to the Treasurer paid as aforesaid, and by virtue of the statute in such case made and provided,
have granted, bargained and sold, and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell, unto the said N. Ed
Dustin and Mona Joy Dustin, Trustee of the N. Ed Dustin and Mona Joy Dustin Joint livinq Trust dated
July 20,2001 _,_their'heirs and assigns, the real property last hereinbefore described, to have and to
hold unto him, the said N. Ed Dustin and Mona Joy Dustin, Trustee of the N. Ed Dustin and Mona Joy
Dustin Joint livinq Trust dated July 20,2001 , their heirs and assigns forever, subject, however, to all the
rights of redemption provided by law and to any special assessments for unpaid local or public
improvements.
In witness whereof, I, Jerry L. Greenfield ,Treasurer, as aforesaid by virtue of the authority
aforesaid, have hereunto subscribed my name, on this 31th day of August A.D. 2005 .
