Iola Way, Englewood, Colorado 80111, being duly sworn on oath according to law do hereby make the following statement of facts and affirm: That I am the owner and proprietor of real property shown hereon as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 546PR, on Page 100, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, being Lot 2, of Block 3, of the Townsite of Bedford (SE1/4) of Section 29, T34N, R118W, of the 6th. P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. That the Subdivision from this property is with our free consent and desires. That the name of the subdivision shall be the Townsite of Bedford Block 3 Third Filing, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe marking the Northwest Corner of the Townsite of Bedford Lot 1 Block 3, said point being 1,467.70 feet S89°21'22"E, along the South line of the NE1/4 of Section 29, from the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Paul N. Scherbel (RLS 164) 1972 location for the Southeast Corner of said NE1/4; thence S0°36'14"W, along the West Line of said Lot 1,330.52 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe marking a point in the North Right-of-Way line of A Street; thence N89°22'42"W, along said North Right-of-Way line, 328.16 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe marking the intersection of said North Right-of-Way Line and the East Right-of-Way line of 1st West Street; thence N0°39'23"E along said East Right-of-Way line, 330.64 feet, to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe marking a point in said South Line; thence S89°31'22'E along said South Line 328.01 feet to the Point of Beginning, consisting of Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 containing 2.490 Acres of land.
