HomeMy WebLinkAbout91162300854 CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED THIS INDENTURE, made the ~ day of September, 2005 by and between the WYOMING WOOLENS, INC., a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Wyoming and having its principal place of business in the County of Lincoln the GRANTOR, and KEVIN H. JENSEN AND COLETTE J. JENSEN, Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties, whose addressis P.O. Box 1565, Thhyne, ErY 83127 as Grantee, WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described as follows to-wit: That part of Section 24, T32N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming described on Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel labeled "Wyoming Woolens, Inc. Wyoming Woolens Tract" dated 30 August, 2005. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use. NOTE: This serves to correct the le~.description of that certain Warranty Deed recorded September 2, 2005 in Book39b on page 550 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
