BROWN, husband and wife as tenants by the entireties, Of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the sum often ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations to them in hand paid by A. KEITH BROWN AND RUTH M. BROWN HUSBAND AND WIFE, as tenants by the entireties whose address is 3637 Bouton drive, Lakewood, California 90712, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has revdsed, released, convey and forever quitclaim unto said ALLEN KEITH BROWN AND RUTH M. BROWN, co-trustees under that certain THE ALLEN KEITH BROWN AND RUTH M. BROWN TRUST dated May 10, 1984, and amended March 29, 1993 heirs, successors in interest and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to all of the following described tract of land in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all right under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to wit: A portion of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel property referred to in Instrument No. 728682 recorded in Book 294 PR on Page 191 all in the NE1/4SWl/4 of Section 14, T34N, R119W, of the 6th P.M. located within the Town of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the East Right-Of-Way line for U.S. Highway 89, being the Southwest comer of the Brown property referred to in Instrument N. 621007 recorded in Book 217 PR on Page 364, said point being 555.36 (more or less) feet S3 03'06" E from B.L.M. type monument set marking the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS, 698, 2000 location for the Northwest comer of said NE1/4SW1/4 (CW1/16); thence S89~ 43' 10" E 129.27 (more or less) feet to the Southeast comer of the Brown property; thence S 1 19' 24" W, along the Southerly prolongation of the east line of said Brown property; 25.00 feet to an Iron Pipe set; thence N89 43' 16" W 128.62 (more or less) feet to an Iron Pipe set at a point in said East Right-Of-Way line, being a point in a 1859.859 (more or less) Radius Spiral Curve to the Right; thence Northwesterly, along said Spiral Curve, (Chord bears NO 10' 47" W 25.00 feet) an arc distance of 25.00 feet, to the point of beginning. Containing 0.074 (more or less) acres of land. Being conveyed as part of a Boundary Adjustment to the Brown property and not with the intent to create a new or additional parcel of land. Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and rights-of-way of record or in use. Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
