RESERVING unto the Grantor, his heirs, successors and assigns, the right of ingress,
egress and utilities over, under and across the north fifty (50) feet of that part of the above-
described tract lying and being situate within said W1/2SE1/4NW1/4 for the benefit of said
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, said Tract in Book 382 and any adjacent land to which the Grantor
desires to provide or extend such benefit;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the south line of said SW¼NW being S89°-55'-
23"W;
each "comer" found as described in the Comer Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
