these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that
certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
and described as follows to-wit:
Lot 50 of Alton Airpark Addition to the Town of Alton, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat No. 167-C filed August 1, 2005 as
I~tmment No. 910442 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use,
