Know All Men By These Presents that the undersigned, Palace Exploration Company,
Zinke & Trumbo, Inc. and RZ, Inc., 1202 East 33rd Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74105,
hereinafter collectively referred to as Assignor, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration of the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, transfer, assign and convey
unto Jeffery D. Linton and Anne Linton, husband and wife, JTWROS, 4208 N.
Redbud Place, Broken Arrow, OK 74012, hereinafter referred to as Assignee, its heirs
and assigns, an overriding royalty interest equal to an undivided ONE TENTH
PERCENT OF ONE PERCENT (.1%) proportionately reduced in and to the oil and gas
produced and sold from the wellbore of the Zinke & Trumbo, Inc. operated Waterfall
Federal # 35-2 well ("subject well") located in Section 35, Township 22 North, Range
115 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Said overriding royalty interest herein assigned shall be free and clear of all drilling,
developing and operating costs and expenses excepting taxes that may be applicable
thereto, and shall be over, above and in addition to any previously reserved or
conveyed overriding royalty interests. If assignor owns less than all of the working
interest in and to the Subject well then the overriding royalty interest hereby assigned
shall be proportionately reduced.
This Assignment is made without warranty of title either express or implied.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF this Assignment is executed June t'~ ,2005, but effective
for all purposes as of date of first sales from the ..subject well.
