Chadwick and Susan Lynn Chadwick agree to relinquish their easement ( 1 rod wide Recorded in Book 1 PR page 334) through Ron Anderson and Claudia N. Anderson's property (40 acres-SW1/4NE1/4, T33N, R118W, Section 29) pending their Elk Ridge Subdivision (100 acreS-SE1/4NW1/4 and NE1/4SW1/4 and N1/2NW1/4SE1/4 of T33N, R118W, Section 29) passes the Lincoln County Planning meeting scheduled Oct. 12, 2005. Ron Anderson and Claudia N. Anderson agree that the Elk Ridge Subdivision property will be sold to the mOnuments and survey line as surveyed, not the existing fence line. Kerry L.
