WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made the day of 2005, by and
between KLN Painting, Inc., a Utah ~orporaflon, ~hd Grantor, and Mark E,
Massey and Laura Massey, husband and wife, whose address is :266
Avocado Avenue, Suite B, El Cajon, CA 92020, the Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00) and
other good and valuable Considerations Dollars in hand paid. the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell,
CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said grantee, all that certain tract, lot, piece,
and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and
more particularly described as:
Lot 12 of Prater Canyon Estates Unit 4, Lincoln County, Wyoming aa
described on the official plat thereof
Together with alt improvements and appurtenance thereon situate of in anywise
appertaining thereto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easement
and rights of way of record.
