KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE lffRESENTS, that The EZRA JENSEN AND
RUTH JENSEN FAMILY TRUST, Dated May 5, 2000, Grantor(s), for and in
consideration of Ten (10) Dollars and other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY and QUITCLAIM to: DEE JENSEN and
LOLITA JENSEN~ Husband and Wife of Sandy, Utah, tenants in the entireties,
Grantee(s), the following described Real Estate, situated in LincOln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead
Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit:
The West thirty (30) acres of the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section One, T32N, R119W
of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
ALSO:
The S1/2 NE1/4SW1/4 of Section One, T32N, R119W of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming. Water fights and ditch rights as presently owned by
Grantors.
