TH1~S INDENTURE, made this 21't day of 3uly, 2005, by and between LEISURE VALLEY,
INC.,a Corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
NEVADA, duly authorized to do business in the State of WYOMING and having its principal
place of business in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the GRANTOR, and
Lucille M. McKinney as Sole Owner
County of Ravalli, State of Montana,

WITNESSETH: That the GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS

RESERV:[NG THEREFROM all rights, title, and interest in and to any and all mineral
rights appertaining thereto.
Subject to all declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions of record.
