WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made the y of August, 2005 by and between the
ROCKBRIDGE, LLC,
a limited liability company organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of
the State of Wyoming, the GRANTOR and
MARK ROGERS AND JILL ROGERS,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
whose address is 1112 W. Lekeshore Drive, Lake Elsinor, CA 92530
as Grantee,
WlTNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable, consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that
certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
and described as follows to-wit:
Lots 66 and 89 of Rockbridge Meadows First Addition to the Town of Alton,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat No. 360-D f'fled July
14, 2005 as Instrument No. 909983 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has~ caused these presents to be signed by its duly
authorized officer, the day and year first above written.
