COUNTY, STATE of WYOMING, does hereby cerQfy that a certain mortgage, bearing a date of the 10va day of MARCH, 2003, made and executed by PATRICK G. KEY, A MARRIED MAN, AS HIS SOLE AND SEPARATE SELF, to WYOMING EMPLOYEES FEDERAL CRED1T UNION, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $12,700.00 therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of LINCOLN County, STATE of WYOMING, on the 18va day of APRIL, 2003, IN BOOK# 0518, AT PAGE 0083, of Mortgages instrument #889308 mortgaging the following described real estate in said county, to wit: AS PER SAID MORTGAGE: Is with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, paid, satisfied, released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
