grantors, for the consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
considerations, CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM to Joseph E. Taylor, a single man, grantee, of PO Box
163, Faith, SD 57626, all interest in the following described real estate, situate in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
Sl/2NEl/4 and. N1/2SE1/4 of Section 20 and SWI/4NWI/4 and NWI/4SWI/4 of
Section 21, and beginning at a point which is the Northeast Corner of the
SWI/4NEI/4 of Section 21, and running thence West 160 rods; thence South 80
rods; thence East 1,300 feet; thence North 1,300 feet; thence East 1,340 feet;
thence North 20 feet to the place of beginning. All in Township 32 North, Range 119
West, Sixth Principal Meridian, C°unty of Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
SUBJECT TO all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and rights of way
of sight or record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
