RELEASE OF MORTGAGE, DEED OF TRUST, SECURITY
AGREEMENT, FINANCING STATEMENT AND ASSIGNMENT
IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the indebtedness thereby secured, the undersigned PRLAP,
Inc., the Trustee and BANK OF AMERICA N.A., a bank organized under the laws of the United States of
America, do hereby release and relinquish that certain Mortgage, Deed of Trust, Security Agreement,
Financing Statement and Assignment of Production by THE PROSPECTIVE INVESTMENT AND TRADING
COMPANY, LTD., an Oklahoma corporation and PITCO INVESTMENTS, LTD., a Texas limited partnership,
dated October 31, 2003 and filed of record on the 1 st day of July, 2004, recorded in Book 560, Page 51 l in
the office of the County Clerk of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, insofar and only insofar as said
Mortgage covers the real estate described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
It is understood that this release is effective only against the property described on Exhibit "A "and that the
lien of such Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as to all the rest, residue and remainder of the
property covered by such Mortgage.
Attention of Recording Officers: This instrument covers oil, gas and minerals and fixtures and is among
other things release of a chattel mortgage and a security agreement and financing statement under the
Unifortn Commercial Code. This instrument is to be released and recorded as release of mortgage and as
a release ofafinancingstatement or chattel mortgage (coveringfixtures, oil, gas and other minerals) in the
real estate records of each county in which the lands of Mortgagor described in Exhibit "A " hereto are
located and, where applicable, is to be tract indexed with respected to all lands described herein.
