QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Jon Child and Vickie Child,
husband and wife, Grantors, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration ofTen
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to The Jon and Vickie Child
Family Revocable Trust dated August 30, 2005, Jon Child and Vickie Child, Trustees,
Grantee, whose address is PO Box 306, Cokeville, Wyoming 83114, the following
described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State,
to-wit:
Parcel 1 - Cornia Property
All of the portion of Tract 103, Township 25 North, Range 119 West of the 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, lying and being situate Easterly of the U.S.
Highway 30 North right-of-way. Tract 103 originally described as the Southwest
Quarter of Section 9, Township 25 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Parcel 2 - Dayton Ranch PropertY
That part of Tract 121 of T25N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming lying and
being situate northeasterly of the center-line of State Highway 30 as relocated
subsequent to 1979; and that part of Lot 29 and Lot 32 of Section 5, T25N,
R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming lying and being situate northeasterly of the
center-line of State Highway 30 as relocated subsequent to 1979; and Lot 19,
Lot 20 Lot 28, and Lot 33 of Section 5, T25N, R119W, Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
Parcel 3 - Perry/Dayton Property
That part of Tract 119 of T25N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming embracing
part of Lot 24 Lying and being situate northeasterly of the center line of State
Highway 30 as relocated subsequent to 1979; and That part of Lot 21, Lot 22,
and Lot 23, of Tract 123, T25N, R119W, lying and being situate northeasterly
of the center~-Iine of State Highway 30; and Lot 8 of Section 6, T25N, R119W,
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and Lot 7, Lot 8, Lot 9, Lot 10, Lot 11, Lot 16, Lot 17,
Lot 18, Lot 21,. Lot 22, Lot 23, Lot 30, Lot 27, Lot 34, and Lot 35 of Section 5,
T25N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming; and Lot 3 of Section 32, T30N,
R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming; containing 377 acres, more or less.
INCLUDING all water rights appertaining thereto, if any, out excluding and
reserving to the Grantors, all mineral and oil and gas rights.
Parcel 4 - Taylor Parcel
Tract 95 (being originally described as the NWl/4 of the Swl/4 of Section 10,
but comprising Lots 9 and 20 of Section 9, and Lots 2 and 3 of Section 10
Resurvey) in Township 25 North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming. Less and excepting the 2½ acres parcel conveyed to Child Ranch
LLC described as follows: Township 25 North, Range 119 West, SW1/~ SW¼
SE¼ NE¼ Section 9 (Tract 95), Approximately 2½ acres.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all

other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBdECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
With respect to W.S. § 34-2-122, as amended, Grantor hereby states, represents
and warrants that the said Trust was established by written instrument executed the 30th
day of August, 2005, that said Trust has never been revoked, and that said instrument
transfers upon said Trustees, all powers set forth in the Uniform Trustees' Powers Act of
the Wyoming Statutes.
